Dave is a 24 year Management Professional with 17 years of Tier 1 automotive supply operations experience. Dave specializes in Collaborative work systems and Lean Manufacturing tools. He also has extensive background in developing and implementing Production Operating Systems that will focus your daily efforts and improve your manufacturing performance. Dave has experience in turning around manufacturing operations in Europe as well as the United States and has worked with the University of North Texas Center for Collaborative Work Systems.
Michael Boyer – Senior Business Improvement Manager
Mike is a 27 year Management Professional with a background in both Tier 1 Automotive Supply and Steel Building Manufacturing. Mike specializes in Supervisor and Management development, Shop floor management systems and Production Operating Systems. Mike’s passion is around the development of people and improving operations performance.
Timothy Ellis – Senior Engineering Support Manager
Tim is a 23 year Management/Engineering Professional with a Tier 1 automotive supply background. Tim has extensive experience in equipment project management, Supervisory and Management development, and brings a systematic timeline approach to process reliability. Tim has supported operations in Luxemborg, Germany, and Italy as well as the United States.
Scott is a 20 year Finance/Operations Support Manager with extensive background in financial control systems, quoting, and finance models. Scott has the unique combination of accounting methodology and experience coupled with shop floor management experience.
